An evening of food, spices, and seasonal wisdom!
Do you notice the shifts of the seasons? Are you sensing the shift from the hot, humid weather of summer to the cool dryness of fall? Do you know what it means to live in harmony with these changes? Join Zach Zube (Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist) to learn to see the world around you in a new and beautiful way!
While enjoying the color changes, pumpkin carving, and apple picking, the cold, dry, windy weather may lead to feeling depleted, cold, anxious, or dry (in skin, hair, or nails). Zach will give you the tools to counteract these signs and symptoms to stay warm and happy this autumn.
At this event, you will have the pleasure of sharing a meal with like-minded individuals while learning about the therapeutic benefits of the food and spices you are enjoying. Let Zach and the fabulous staff at the Grind Cafe provide you with a fun and educational evening you will soon not forget!
You will also:
• Create your own spice blend at the DIY Spice Bar
• Get to know the best herbs & spices for autumn
• Stay healthy without compromising your favorite fall activities and social gatherings
• Learn to listen to specific signs/symptoms of imbalance in your body
You will also take home the Autumn Living Booklet filled with recipes and tips for autumn living as well as your jar of spices from the Spice Bar!
Registration closes Saturday, November 7 at 8pm.
**Please note: The meal will be vegetarian. We are not able to account for any food allergies and apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like to attend, but not take part in the food, please email Zach at firstname.lastname@example.org.
